We operate under a 14-day return policy, providing you with ample time to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

In line with our dedication to exclusivity and sustainability, we limit the production of our products. Therefore, we kindly ask that you initiate your return promptly if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will furnish you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please be aware that shipping outside of the United States may result in longer transit times.

Damages and Issues

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products.

Given the nature of handmade production, minor imperfections like slight marks may be present, underscoring the authenticity of our products and the artisanal craftsmanship involved. We kindly request your reconsideration of returning such items to support our sustainable small family business and manufacturing. Your contentment with our products and services is our utmost priority, and we encourage you to reach out with any queries or concerns regarding your specific item.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

The most expedient way to secure the item you desire is to initiate a return for the item you currently possess. Once the return is processed, proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
