Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with detailed return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return if they meet our return conditions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, helping us keep prices fair while maintaining our handmade quality and managing international shipping and production costs.


Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once the return is approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@emiliamerz.com.

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.

If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, please contact info@emiliamerz.com.


Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, custom or personalized products, and items not in original condition are not eligible for return.
